1. Standard Delivery is free. Minimum order required is $200 SGD. Items to be delivered within 3 business days, once order has been processed.
2. Express Delivery has a $20 SGD fee. Items will be delivered on the next business day by our delivery partner, once the order has been processed. Please complete your order before 10am (Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays).
3. Click & Collect. No minimum order required. You will receive an email (within 1-2 business days) once your order is ready for collection at your selected retail store. Please collect your order within 5 days from receiving your “Ready for Collection” email.

For next day delivery, make your order before 10am and select Express Delivery (do note that our warehouse is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays).
Alternatively, we recommend swinging down to our shop to make a purchase!

Yes! Select your preferred store under the Collect in Shop option during checkout. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days, to notify you when your order is ready for collection. After receiving this notice, you may collect your order within 5 business days.

We sure do! Just make sure you leave a remark “Weekend delivery” at checkout. Our regular delivery timing is from Monday to Saturday 09:30 to 17:30.

Yes! Please confirm the delivery, otherwise we will have to reschedule your delivery. Please note that our delivery guy will only wait for 10 minutes.

We could, but we do not encourage it. You may request for the delivery to be arranged as such, but will we will not reimburse you or replace your order if your items are stolen or damaged in the process.

You won’t be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. Do not worry, simply drop us a message and we will do our best to help! Do note that, shipping delays may be expected for changes in delivery address, but we promise we will always try our best to minimize this. If we are too late and your order has already been delivered, we may not be able to retrieve it, we do hope you understand.

We are in the midst of verifying or updating your order status. If payment is not successful, your order will be cancelled.

If payment is successful, we will proceed to pack your order, and it will be dispatched within 3 business days from when your order was confirmed.

Your order is now with our delivery courier. Standard courier, your order will reach within 3 days. Express delivery, your order will reach you within the next business day.

If you chose to pick up your order from our shop, you will have 5 days to collect your items.

If shop collection option has been selected, your status will reflect as collected.

If you chose for your parcel to be delivered, this means it has reached you.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Take your pick!

Most of the items available online are usually available in the shop. Except for online exclusive items.
