Return & Exchange Policy
For online purchases
We accept returns and exchanges if:
1. Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.
2. Returned items must reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid Order Reference number.
3. Returned items must be in unused and saleable condition, with packaging intact.
Exclusions:
1. Seasonal items stated on product information.
2. Sales items.
3. Any other items stated for on product information as non-return, non-exchangeable.
4. The above items sold are final and cannot be returned and exchanged.
Return and exchange policy
1. All items sold are non-refundable.
2. Returns and exchanges can only be made in our shop.
3. You may change for other items:
- a. Exchange to lower value items – No refund or reimbursements will be made
- b. Exchange to higher value items – A top-up is required
Shop purchases
We accept returns and exchanges if:
1. Items are exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
2. Only items in its original condition and in saleable condition will be valid for exchanges.
3. You may change for other items:
- a. Exchange to lower value items – No refund or reimbursements will be made
- b. Exchange to higher value items – A top-up is required
4. Items exchanged are non-seasonal, non-sales items.
Refunds
1. All sales/exchanges are final.
2. We do not provide refunds for store items.
Defective items
1. We will offer a replacement item, provided the defective item has never been used.
2. Exchanges are to be made within 7 days of purchase.
